My Story
Jules’ is dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals from all walks of life. With extensive experience in the field, Jules creates a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their emotions and experiences without judgement.
His approach is rooted in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, fostering deep exploration of the self, and the unconscious, while incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Jules supports clients in navigating a diverse range of challenges, from grief and significant life transitions to anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, with a particular focus in working with neurodiverse individuals, offering support for ADHD, OCD, and Tourette's Syndrome.
Jules believes in collaborating with his clients to build comprehensive toolkits that honour the nuanced-nature and diversity of their experiences.
